Justin Bieber is a pop singer from Stratford, Ontario, Canada. He began his professional career on YouTube, where his future manager, Scooter Braun, discovered his talent. Braun flew Bieber to Atlanta, Georgia to consult with Usher and soon signed a record deal with Island Records. In July 2009, Bieber's debut single "One Time" was released. The single is currently rising and has peaked at number 12 on the Canadian Hot 100 and 27 on the Billboard Hot 100.
