David Guetta is a French DJ. He is of Jewish Moroccan descent. In 2005, his single "The World Is Mine", which contains a sample of Simple Minds "Someone Somewhere In Summertime", topped European dance charts. Vocals for his songs have been performed by a variety of notable artists including Chris Willis, Cozi Costi, Kelly Rowland, and Akon. In 2009, Guetta produced the Black Eyed Peas song "I Gotta Feeling" for their album The E.N.D. A remix of the song is also included on his most recent album One Love. Cobra Starship is an American pop rock band created by former Midtown bassist and lead vocalist Gabe Saporta, who continues his role as a vocalist for the band. Other members consist of guitarist Ryland Blackinton, bassist Alex Suarez, Nate Novarro on drums, and Victoria Asher on keytar, all of whom provide backing vocals.The band's name came from two jackets that Saporta owned. Forming in New York City in 2005, the band was originally composed of Saporta, Ryland Blackinton, Alex Suarez, Nate Novarro, and Elisa Schwartz, who was replaced in 2007 by Victoria Asher. Casting Crowns is a Grammy Award and Dove Award winning Christian band that employs a soft rock music style. The band was created in 1999 by youth pastor Mark Hall at First Baptist Church in Downtown Daytona Beach, Florida as part of a youth group. He also serves as a lead vocalist. Later they moved to McDonough, Georgia and more members joined creating the band now known as Casting Crowns.
